Brook Hill 29D is quarter ownership with twelve weeks deeded each year, including some two-week stays in Summer and Fall. Schedule slightly rotates every year, allowing all shares to have same schedule eventually. Weeks run Friday to Friday. Centrally located within the resort, this end unit has three levels with extra windows in the living room, fireplace, private master suite and deck with distant lake and sunset views. Home owners association pays for insurance and utilities, plus maintenance inside and out. Owner pays monthly HOA fees plus taxes. There are currently no rentals in this unit, although rentals are allowed through The Homestead's rental management program. Use of resort amenities is available with Club membership. No pets are allowed.
