Brook Hill offers quarter ownership with each share deeded twelve weeks, or one week about every month, including two two-week stays in the summer months. Schedule slightly rotates every year, allowing all shares to have same schedule eventually. Weeks run Friday to Friday. Centrally located within the resort with views of the lake, dunes and sunsets. Built on two levels, this unit features a fireplace, private master suite and deck with scenic views of Lake Michigan, the Sleeping Bear dunes and the Brook Hill pond and golf greens. This one bedroom, one bath condo includes washer/dryer, woodburning fireplace, and owner storage. RCI membership is optional so you can trade weeks here for weeks around the world. You also have the opportunity to get income for the weeks you cannot use through our rental management program.
